I BOUGHT A BAKERY with a very dear friend of mine. I've never thought I could achieve this in my late twenties/early thirties.... but I did. And this is all because I have such a wonderful friend. He not only pulled me out of unemployment but also made me realized that I can make a difference in my life as well as others.
It's a quaint little bakery on Hopkins Street and deservedly named Hopkins Street Bakery. The bakery itself has been there for about 25 to 30 years and we took over the ownership last July. Although there has been a lot of drama in the beginning, we've managed to overcome that and now the bakery is one happy family.
I have E.K to thank and my supporting other half... DBD... also my family whom have lend a helping hand and listen to me bitch and yell at the ex-dramatic crazy pastry chef (who's long gone and I'm happier than ever).
More updates to come~
